Whether or not you want to listen is your choihce and I certainly will not force you as I have no power to nor do I want to. Everyone struggles with anger. Whether it be minor or major, a quick second or a long time, we all struggle with it and it pops up daily, no matter how well the day went for us. What causes this anger to hop on the ride for the day? Well, could be alot of different things, and you gotta figure it out. Here's a couple of examples.
There are a bynch of reasons and the list is able to go on and on all day, but, those are common ones. And I don't blame you for being angry. I really don't. The only part that I blame you for is not being able to control that anger that you are having right hen and there. How do you control it? There are plenty of ways to control that anger, you just gotta find it.
