Advice For Own Self

Here's what is gonna be covered in this page. This is gonna be advice for your own self, for your personal life. I'm not talking about how to deal with your girlfriend or boyfriend, I'm talking about, What can I do to help myself? That's the type of thing that I am gonna be covering here in this one. Let's hop right on it. Take it or leave it buddy. Your choice.

Anger

Everyone struggles with anger. Whether it be minor or major, a quick second or a long time, we all struggle with it and it pops up daily, no matter how well the day went for us. What causes this anger to hop on the ride for the day? Well, could be alot of different things, and you gotta figure it out. Here's a couple of examples.

  1. Someone said something that hit a hard point for whatever reason
  2. Someone lied to you or stole from you
  3. There was an argument and you can't seem to win this argument no matter how hard you are trying

There are a bynch of reasons and the list is able to go on and on all day, but, those are common ones. And I don't blame you for being angry. I really don't. The only part that I blame you for is not being able to control that anger that you are having right hen and there. How do you control it? There are plenty of ways to control that anger, you just gotta find it.

  1. Counting. Counting allows you to breathe and just focus on it. It takes away time from the anger and helps fade it away. Making sure that you are breathing in between each one helps as well. Get a friend or family member to help out with that. You don't need to tell them why you want to count, just tell them that you want to/need to, and you would like their help. This a suggestion. You could do it by yourself, but, it helps a lot more when you do it with a person that you trust and can talk to.
  2. Taking a walk. Walking away helps, but, don't walk away from the problem itself. Just walk away to calm down and catch your breath. I promise you, if you try to walk away from the problem itself, it'll just follow you right up until it bites you back.
